Daily Yoga helps you reconnect with your body and mind, while surfing teaches life lessons through the ocean — you can’t control the waves, but you can learn how to ride them. Both practices build patience, trust, and confidence, helping you overcome fear and find your natural rhythm in and out of the water.

Home-cooked meals are shared together in a friendly atmosphere, where guests connect, share stories, and enjoy real community. Between surf and yoga sessions, you’ll explore Panama’s beautiful coastline on our weekly adventure trip and reconnect with nature in its purest form. Far from the rush of city life, this surf and yoga retreat helps you return to the basics: nature, community, and the joy of living simply. Our 10 Day Surf Progress Retreat is designed for surfers who want a more intensive and focused experience with the goal of progressing faster and gaining a deeper understanding of surfing. This retreat goes beyond regular surf stays by placing a stronger emphasis on development, technique, and surf knowledge through a structured learning approach.

The focus throughout the retreat is on building stronger fundamentals, refining technique, improving wave understanding, and developing the knowledge needed to make more confident decisions in the water. Through detailed coaching and feedback, participants gain a better understanding not only of what to do, but also why certain techniques and movements create better results.

To create a broader surfing experience, the retreat also introduces participants to different surf spots and conditions, helping surfers learn how to adapt and read waves in different environments. To finish the experience, the final days take place in another quiet and less explored location, away from mainstream crowds, offering the opportunity to apply everything learned while experiencing a different side of Panama’s surf culture.
